摘要
学习型城市是构建学习型社会和学习型大国的重要基石,也是城市发展的重要名片之一。在借鉴国际学习型城市建设理念与经验的基础上,考虑到青岛学习型城市建设的发展阶段和发展成就,推动青岛学习型城市的高质量发展,应当加强规划引领与立法保障,创新多元治理体系,融合信息技术为学习者增权赋能,凝练“青岛品牌”,打造“青岛样板”,以理论研究促进建设实践。
A learning city is the cornerstone of building a learning society and a learning power,and it is also the business card of urban development.To promote the high-quality development of Qingdao’s learning city construction,it is necessary to draw on the concept and experience of international learning city construction,summarize the process and experience of Qingdao’s learning city construction,strengthen planning guidance and legislative protection,innovate a diversified governance system,integrate information technology,refine the"Qingdao brand",create a"Qingdao model",and promote construction practice through theoretical research.
