摘要
“健康中国”战略实施给医学教育带来了新的机遇和挑战,地方医学院校应当在新一轮审核评估理念指导下主动作为。本文以齐齐哈尔医学院教学质量保障体系建设为例,遵循学生中心、产出导向、持续改进,在专业评价、课程评价、临床教学评价与督查、教师教学质量评价等质量保障体系建设方面进行了探索,以促进医学教育教学的持续改进,全面提高医学人才培养质量。
The“Healthy China”strategy has brought new opportunities and challenges to medical education,and local medical colleges should take the initiative under the guidance of a new round of audit evaluation.Taking the construction of the teaching quality assurance system of Qiqihar Medical College as an example,following the student centered,results oriented and continuous improvement,this article explored the optimization of quality assurance systems such as professional evaluation,curriculum evaluation,clinical teaching evaluation and supervision,and teacher teaching quality evaluation,to promote the continuous improvement of medical education and teaching,and comprehensively improve the quality of medical talent cultivation.
