摘要
数智时代,智能技术在驱动文化创新与社会变革的同时,也助推文化科技伦理成为学界热议命题。数智时代文化科技伦理挑战主要表现为技术异化牵引下的科技伦理危机及其文化泛化风险,以及隐私、安全、公平等伦理困境。从数智时代文化科技伦理隐患的形成机制来看,其不仅受到技术发展外因的影响,还牵涉人类自身的内因以及受多主体博弈牵引。基于此,亟需在系统把脉数智时代文化科技伦理命题基础上,建构由理论话语体系、主体创新体系、制度创新体系协同的中国式文化科技伦理善治图谱。
In the era of digital intelligence,intelligent technology not only drives cultural innovation and social change,but also pushes Culture and SciTech ethics(CST ethics) to become a fervor in academia.The CST ethical challenges in the era of digital intelligence are mainly manifested as SciTech ethical risks and cultural generalization risks under the traction of technological alienation,as well as ethical dilemmas such as privacy,security and fairness.According to the formation mechanism of CST ethical challenges,it is not only influenced by external factors such as technological development but also involves human internal factors and is influenced by multiple subjects,which in turn induce CST ethical risks under the crisis effect.Therefore,it is urgent to construct a good Chinese-style governance landscape for CST ethics,which is based on a systematic understanding of CST ethical issues in the era of digital intelligence,and coordinates theoretical discourse system,subject innovation system,and institutional innovation system.
