摘要作为互联网革命的未来形式,元宇宙已进入大众视野。元宇宙是基于用户自主创造的超时空交互数字社区,呈现“虚拟现实主义”。元宇宙包括虚拟元宇宙、脑接元宇宙、意识元宇宙和共生元宇宙四个发展阶段。元宇宙在阶段式发展过程中,可能产生诸多政治社会风险。元宇宙中信息的自由流动以及“数字殖民地”的出现将挑战国家主权安全;数字历史虚无主义、数字民粹主义和极端主义可能会冲击意识形态安全;数字经济系统和数字资产会威胁经济安全;社会生育率的下降以及代际数字鸿沟问题促使人口安全问题提上议事日程。总之,在总体国家安全观提出统筹发展与安全之关系这一思路下,要坚持保障安全、技术制衡、人类进步、平等参与及合作监管等原则,对元宇宙可能产生的政治社会风险加以防范和治理,保证其安全可控。 As the future form of the Internet revolution,the Metaverse has entered the public view.Metaverse is a hyperspace interactive digital community created by users,presenting“virtual realism”.The Metaverse includes four development stages:virtual Metaverse,brain computer interface Metaverse,conscious Metaverse and symbiotic Metaverse.In the process of phased development,the Metaverse may lead to many political and social risks.The free flow of information and the emergence of“digital colonies”in the Metaverse will challenge national sovereignty and security;digital history nihilism,digital populism and extremism may harm ideological security;digital economic system and digital assets will threaten economic security;the decline of social fertility rate and the intergenerational digital divide have put population security on the agenda.In short,under the idea of the relationship between overall development and security put forward by the holistic approach to national security,we should adhere to security,technological checks and balances,human progress,equal participation,cooperative supervision and other principles to prevent the possible political and social risks of the Metaverse,so as to ensure its safety and controllability.
