摘要
随着经济和社会的快速发展,培养复合型和应用型高层次人才已成为国家关注的重点。指出在此背景下,我国研究生教育特别是专业型硕士研究生的培养正不断发展;但与此同时也存在一些问题,如当前的培养模式与社会需求不够匹配,缺乏清晰的培养目标以及管理制度不够完善等。论述在产教融合背景下,需要形成一套有助于专业硕士培养的管理体系,做到以企业需求为人才培养的目标。
At present,with the rapid development of economic and social,culture and application-oriented high-level talents has become the focus of national attention.Under this background,the postgraduate education in China,especially the cultivation of the professional master graduate student is developing continuously.However,at the same time there are some problems,such as the unmatched current training mode and social demands,the lack of a clear training objectives and management system,etc.In the fusion under the background of production and education,therefore,needs to form a set of management system which helps to cultivate professional master,taking the talent training goal with the demand by the enterprises.
