摘要
联合培养基地是产学研深度融合的重要平台之一,应用统计专业硕士的培养质量与联合培养基地的发展相辅相成。通过对桂林电子科技大学应用统计专业硕士就实习内容、“双导师制”、课程、就业等情况进行调查,从学生视角出发,分析联合培养实习基地的培养质量及存在的问题。提出应健全基地管理和组织、构建以研究生成长为中心的培养机制、健全“双导师”责权机制、强化过程管理等措施,为应用统计专业硕士研究生人才培养提供参考。
The joint practice base is one of the most important platforms for the in-depth integration of industry-university-research.Through the investigation of the master’s internship content,double-tutor system,course and employment in Applied Statistics of Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology,we investigate the joint training practice,cultivation quality,existing problems and coping strategies in the view of students.We suggest that we should improve the management and organization of the base,construct the training mechanism centering on the growth of graduate students,improve the responsibility and authority mechanism of double supervisors,strengthen the process management and so on.Our results can provide reference for talent cultivation in postgraduates majoring in applied statistics.
