摘要
目的分析急性胆囊炎患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)对肝损伤的影响。方法选择急性胆囊炎患者62例,均手术治疗。随机将患者均分为对照组、观察组,对照组经皮肝穿刺引流治疗法(PTCD),观察组采用LC治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果与对照组相比,观察组手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,胃肠道恢复时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后1d血清ALT水平显著高于术前、术后5d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症人数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性胆囊炎患者采取LC治疗能取得良好效果,减轻术后并发症。
Objective To analyze the efet of laparoscopie cholecystectomy(LC)on liver injury in patients with acute Cholecystitis.Methods 62 patients with acute Cholecystitis were selected and analyzed.Randomly divide the patients into two groups,namely the control group and the observation group.The percutaneous liver puncture drainage(PTCD)method was applied to the control group clinical practice,while the observation group was treated with LC.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter surgical time,less intraoperative bleeding,and shorter gastrointestinal recovery time,with a significant difference(P<0.05);The serum ALT levels of the two groups were significantly higher on the lst day after surgery than before and on the 5th day after surgery,with a significant dfference(P<0.05).The number of complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with a difference of P<0.05.Conclusion LC treatment for patients with acute Cholecystitis can achieve good results.Although it may cause transient liver injury,its advantages of minimally invasive surgery are very significant,which can play a positive role in reducing the risk of postoperative complications.
