摘要
在双碳政策背景下,陕西电网新能源规模持续增加与电网调峰能力不足的问题越发突出,新型储能因其建设周期短、选址灵活等优势,已成为解决这一问题的重要手段。分析了新型储能发展现状、技术路线以及政策机制,采用高比例新能源系统的电源规划方法,测算了2025年陕西电网新能源发展规模以及满足电力保障和新能源消纳的新型储能合理发展规模,提出了近期和远期陕西电网新型储能发展的政策机制建议。
In the context of dual-carbon policy,the problem of continuous increase of new energy scale and insufficient peak load capacity of Shaanxi power grid is becoming more and more prominent.New energy storage has become an important means to solve this problem because of its advantages such as short construction cycle and flexible location.This paper analyzes the development status,technical route and policy mechanism of new energy storage,adopts the power supply planning method of high-proportion new energy system,calculates the new energy development scale of Shaanxi power grid in 2025 and the reasonable development scale of new energy storage to meet the power guarantee and new energy consumption,and puts forward the policy mechanism suggestions for the development of new energy storage of Shaanxi power grid in the near and long term.
