摘要
针对模块化多电平换流器(MMC)的传统均压策略中子模块反复投切和器件损耗大等问题,提出一种基于归并排序算法的MMC电容电压均衡控制策略。将子模块电容电压利用归并排序算法进行排序,利用电容电压的平均值和不平衡度来设定其投切的最优范围,在允许的子模块电容电压波动阈值范围内,减少系统中子模块不必要的反复投切,减少器件的损耗。建立MMC电容电压均衡策略的仿真模型,验证该策略的有效性和可行性。
Aiming at the problems of repeated switching of sub-modules and large device loss in the traditional voltage balancing strategy of modular multilevel converter(MMC),a MMC capacitor voltage balancing control strategy based on merging sorting algorithm is proposed.The capacitor voltage of sub-module is sorted by merging sorting algorithm,and the optimal range of switching is set by using the average value and imbalance degree of capacitor voltage.Within the allowable threshold range of capacitor voltage fluctuation of sub-module,the unnecessary repeated switching of sub-module in the system is reduced,and the loss of device is reduced.The simulation model of MMC capacitor voltage balancing strategy is established to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the strategy.
