摘要
电力系统建设时使用配电网自动化系统能够促进电力系统朝着自动化、智能化方向发展。尽管配电网系统比较复杂,但自动化系统配送更加灵活,值得广泛应用。施行电力系统配电自动化有助于控制安全事故的发生,有助于控制电网运行成本,有助于提高供电质量。要实行配电网自动化建设改造、配电网自动化诊断、配电网监管修复,在GIS管理、配电网故障处理、电力系统监控、配电网功能扩展、配电运行管理、数据监测和收集信息、停电自动化管理等方面得以广泛应用。
Distribution network automation of electrical power system construction can promote the electrical power system moving towards the direction of automation and intelligence.Although distribution network is relatively complex,automatic system distribution is more flexible.So it is worth application.Application of distribution network automation is helpful to control the safety accidents and operation cost,and to improve power supply quality.It is suggested to implement distribution network automation construction and transformation,diagnosis,and supervision and repair.It is widely applied in GIS management,power distribution network fault handling,electrical power system monitoring and control,power distribution network function extension,distribution operations management,data monitoring and information collection,and power cut automation management.
