摘要
博物馆观众研究是博物馆学的一个重要议题,但因问题本身的复杂性,研究方法有限,关于观众心理与情绪的探讨也较为欠缺。注重情感体验的博物馆不仅会强化观众的认知与感受,也影响他们在馆外的行为。以青年观众对上海四行仓库抗战纪念馆及其革命历史题材展览的参观感受文本为数据,使用Python等工具,结合LDA主题模型与词云访谈文本进行主题挖掘,进而遵循“人-物-事”的线索,可归纳出革命历史题材展览的共情要素包括记忆、体验与情感。这三种共情要素可为博物馆革命历史题材展览的情感效能构筑提供参照。
Museum audience research is a critical field of museology.However,due to the complexity of the research topic and limited research methods,the psychology and emotions of museum audiences have not been adequately studied.Museums fostering audience empathy can enhance their learning inside the museum and shape their behavior outside the museum.This study collected text data from interviews with youth visitors to the Sihang Warehouse Memorial Museum about their visiting experiences and conducted an inductive analysis of the data using Python,the LDA model,Wordle,and other tools.Based on the data output and focusing on people,objects,and events,this study concludes that factors that foster empathy with revolutionthemed exhibitions include memory,experience,and emotion.Awareness of these empathetic factors may help museums make their revolution-themed exhibitions more empathetically engaging.
