摘要
目的探讨基于案例的小组合作学习在NNN-链接中的学习效果。方法2021年1月-2022年6月对厦门市某三级心血管病专科医院心内一区的29位临床护士进行NNN-链接培训,比较培训前(2020年12月)和培训后(2022年8月)护士对护理诊断的熟悉度、护理诊断使用正确率、批判性思维能力及培训满意度。结果临床护士护理诊断熟悉度、护理诊断使用正确率、批判性思维能力及培训满意度得分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于案例的小组合作学习方式在NNN-链接培训中取得较好的学习效果,护士满意度较高。
Objective To evaluate the effects of case-based group cooperative learning in NNN-Linkage teaching.Methods The NNN-link training was conducted on 29 clinical nursesin the first district of a tertiarycardiovascular hospitalinXiamen city,and the familiarity with nursing diagnosis,the correct rate of using nursing diagnosis,critical thinking ability,and training satisfaction in nurses were comparedbefore and after the training.Results The scores of nursing diagnosis familiarity,nursing diagnosis correct rate,critical thinking ability,and training satisfaction inclinical nurses after trainingwere all higher than those before training,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The case-based group cooperative learning method achieves better learning effect in NNN-link training,and nurses recognize this learning mode.
