ARCS动机模型联合情景模拟教学在临床实习护士带教中的应用

摘要 目的:探究ARCS动机模型联合情景模拟教学在临床实习护士带教中的应用效果。方法:将临床实习护士随机分成各42名的两个小组,分别应用传统教学方法(对照组)与ARCS动机模型联合情景模拟教学(实验组)。测评动机效果相关指标并进行统计学分析。结果:实验组的学习动机水平、考核成绩、批评性思维能力均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:ARCS动机模型联合情景模拟教学,可著提高临床实习护士的学习动机水平、理论与操作水平和评判性思维能力。
