校企融合“一体两翼”创新创业人才培养模式的探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 新时代背景下,高校对创新创业人才培养提出了更高要求,以河北工程大学与晨光生物科技集团有限公司为例,校企深度融合,在人才共用、平台共建、资源共享的基础上,探索与实践“一体两翼”创新创业人才培养模式,以“晨光杯”大学生创新创意大赛为载体,学校的创新创业教育课程体系研究为左翼,企业的创新创业公共实践实训基地建设为右翼,“五双”为创新创业人才培养的保障措施,适应社会需求,提升了学生的综合素质,提高了学生的培养质量,取得了较好的教学效果。 Under the background of the new era,higher requirements are put forward for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Taking the school-enterprise deep cooperation between Hebei University of Engineering and Chenguang Biotechnology Group Co.,Ltd as an example,on the basis of the in-depth integration of the university and enterprise based on the sharing of talents,platform construction and resource sharing,the“Chenguang Cup”College students’Innovation and creativity Competition as the carrier,and the research on the curriculum system of the school’s innovation and entrepreneurship education as the left.Based on the construction of public practice and training bases for innovation and entrepreneurship in enterprises,a training mode for innovation and entrepreneurship talents with“Five double”as the core is explored,aiming to provide theoretical and practical reference for training new talents for innovation and entrepreneurship.
