摘要
流行病学研究显示脑卒中的发病率逐年升高,脑卒中诊疗指南中药物治疗在临床显示良好的治疗效果,包括降压、降糖、降脂、抗血小板、抗凝和降纤、脑微循环、脑保护等治疗。中医“气机”理论乃至国医大师张震教授在传统中医理论上的高度发挥,核心思想是“欲求临床疗效的提高,勿忘对病体气机之疏调”,涉及阴阳五行、脏腑经络等经典理论。基于传统中医理论,笔者尝试运用中医“气机”理论阐述指南中应用药物治疗脑卒中的合理性和灵活性,以期为中西医结合治疗脑卒中的研究提供新思路。
Epidemiological studies have shown that the incidence of stroke is increasing year by year,and drug therapy in the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of stroke has shown good clinical therapeutic effects,including hypotensive,hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering,antiplatelet,anticoagulant and fiber lowering,brain microcirculation,brain protection and other treatments.The theory of"Qi movement"of traditional Chinese medicine and even professor ZHANG Zhen,the master of traditional Chinese medicine,play highly in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The core idea is"desiring to improve the clinical curative effect,never forgetting to regulate Qi mechanism of the sick body",involving Yin and Yang,five elements,Zang-Fu organs and meridians and other classical theories.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the author tried to expound the rationality and flexibility of the application of drugs in the guideline for the treatment of cerebral apoplexy by using the theory of"Qi movement"in TCM,in order to provide new ideas for the study of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy.
