摘要
目的:探讨灯盏花素联合大秦艽汤对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者血管内皮因子水平及血液流变学影响。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年1月河北省第七人民医院收治的AIS患者100例,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受灯盏花素联合大秦艽汤治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后中医症状积分、神经功能缺损程度、血清血管内皮因子水平、血液流变学及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医症状积分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和血清血管内皮细胞钙黏蛋白(VE-cad)、血栓调节蛋白(TM)、血管性假血友病因子(vWF)水平及全血高切、中切、低切黏度和血浆黏度(PV)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论:灯盏花素联合大秦艽汤治疗AIS疗效确切,可显著改善神经功能、血管内皮功能、血液流变学,且安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Breviscapine combined with Daqinji Decoction on the level of vascular endothelial factor and hemorheology for patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:A total of 100 AIS patients admitted to our hospital(January 2019 to January 2020)were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,the controlled group(n=50)received conventional western medical treatment,and the observation group(n=50)received breviscapine combined with Daqinji Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.The clinical efficacy and TCM symptom scores,neurological deficits,serum vascular endothelial factor levels,hemorheology and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group’s TCM symptom score,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and serum vascular endothelial cell cadherin(VE-cad),thrombomodulin(TM),von Willebrand factor(vWF)levels and whole blood high-cut,mid-cut,low-cut viscosity,plasma viscosity(PV)and fibrinogen(FIB)levels were significantly lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Breviscapine combined with Daqinjiao Decoction has a definite effect in the treatment of AIS,it can significantly improve neurological function,vascular endothelial function,hemorheology,and has high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
