摘要
目的分析缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中患者CT参数与舌象特征的相关性。方法回顾分析我院2019年3月-2020年11月收治的缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中患者各30例,各患者入院后接受综合查体,观察其舌象特征,并接受CT检查,分析病灶区CT值和舌象特征。结果缺血组紫暗红绛舌占比26.67%低于出血组紫暗红绛舌占比66.67%,淡白舌占比率56.67%高于出血组淡白舌占比率23.33%,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05),缺血组其他舌象占比率16.67%比出血组其他舌象占比率10%,数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。缺血组紫暗红绛舌象、淡白舌象者病灶区CT值均低于出血组紫暗红绛舌象、淡白舌象者病灶区CT值,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05),组内比较,淡白舌、紫暗红绛舌患者病灶区CT值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论出血性脑卒中多表现为紫暗红绛舌,缺血性脑卒中患者多表现为淡白舌,且出血性脑卒中患者与缺血性脑卒中患者不同舌象的CT值也存在较大差异,但同类型疾病患者中,其舌象不同,CT值方面差异无明显性,因此,临床在诊断疾病时需综合多项检查进行确诊,以确保治疗方式的有效性。
Objective To analyze the correlation between CT parameters and tongue features in patients with ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 30 patients with ischemic stroke and 30 patients with hemorrhagic stroke admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to November 2020.After admission,each patient underwent comprehensive physical examination to observe the tongue characteristics and received CT examination to analyze the CT value and tongue characteristics of the focal area.Results The ratio of purple dark red crimson tongue in the ischemia group was 26.67%lower than that in the bleeding group(66.67%),and the ratio of pale white tongue was 56.67%higher than that in the bleeding group(23.33%).The data between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of other tongue features in the ischemia group was 16.67%compared with 10%in the bleeding group.There was no significant difference in the data(P>0.05).The CT values of the focal areas of purple dark red crimson tongue and pale white tongue in the ischemia group were lower than those in the bleeding group,with statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05),while there was no statistical significance in the intra-group comparison of the CT values of the focal areas of the pale white tongue and purple dark red crimson tongue(P>0.05).Conclusion Hemorrhagic stroke more performance for the purple dark purple tongue,ischemic cerebral stroke patients more performance for light white tongue,and hemorrhagic stroke in patients with ischemic stroke in patients with different tongue had different CT values,but with the disease in patients with type,its tongue is different,there was no obvious differences of CT values,therefore,in clinical diagnosis of disease diagnosis should be carried out comprehensive tests done,To ensure the effectiveness of the treatment.
