摘要
文章基于中医气化的理论内容,以气机升降为认识角度,对人体的中医认知方法略加分析,浅析寒温之论的升降认识,药物气味和组方用量的应用原则,以及治疗的时效性问题,从而助于灵活运用中医辨识人体与辨治疾病的不同方法,利于进一步理解和把握中医气化的理论与运用,以期挖掘中医经典指导临床实践,提高中医临床辨治的水平。
Ascending and descending Qi,a basic theory of Chinese medicine,has abundant clinical application. Based on the theory of qi transformation,this paper tries to discuss cognitive methods of TCM from qi movements of Yin and Yang,which includes the combination of cold and heat,application principle of drug odor and its rational reconstitution and chronergy problem of treatment. It can be taken as a reference in the flexible use of different ways of physiological identification of the human body and relevant treatment ways,which can help the researchers to further understand and grasp the theory of qi movements in TCM,so as to excavating classic theory that can guide clinical practice and improve the level of clinical syndrome differentiation in TCM.
