摘要
文化企业数字化转型的本质是企业通过使用新的数字技术来改进企业的核心业务和产品理念,从而蜕变成一个新型文化企业的过程.与传统文化企业相比,新型文化企业具有数字化的内容生产、高价值的驱动因素、融合性的经营范围、多元化的盈利模式等特征.我国传统文化企业数字化转型存在许多制约因素,主要表现为:传统文化服务业自身存在低效率问题;国有文化企业转型长期面临体制性障碍;中小文化企业缺乏资金、技术、人才和政策支撑.从传统文化企业迈向新型文化企业的技术思路和发展策略可从以下四个方面入手:一是深化数字化认知,赋予产品连接功能;二是降低转型成本,提高技术协作效率;三是融入大数据生态,精准挖掘用户价值;四是开展智能化业务,提升企业竞争力.助力文化企业数字化转型,需要加强数字化转型政策配套,优化数字化转型的市场环境,夯实数字化转型技术支撑.
The essence of digital transformation of cultural enterprises is the process of transforming a company into a new type of cultural enterprise by using new digital technologies to improve its core business and product concepts.New cultural enterprises have characteristics such as digital content production,high-value driving factors,integrated business scope and diversified profit models compared with traditional cultural enterprises.However,the digital transformation of traditional cultural enterprises in China is mainly constrained by the low efficiency of the traditional cultural service industry itself,the long-term institutional obstacles to the transformation of state-owned cultural enterprises,and the lack of funds,technology,talent and policy support for small and medium-sized cultural enterprises.The technical ideas and development strategies for facilitating the transition from traditional cultural enterprises to new cultural enterprises include the following:firstly,enhancing digital cognition and equipping products with connectivity functions;secondly,reducing transformation costs and improving the efficiency of technological cooperation;thirdly,integrating into the big data ecosystem and accurately exploring user value;and fourthly,conducting intelligent business and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.Additionally,we need to strengthen policy support for digital transformation,optimize the market environment for digital transformation,and consolidate technical support for digital transformation to support the digital transformation of cultural enterprises.
