摘要
本文综述了新型冠状病毒气溶胶的特征、采集方法和检测技术,分析不同采集方法和检测技术的优劣性,比较不同技术在灵敏度、准确性、检测时长等的特点,为新冠病毒感染疫情防控做技术探讨和储备。
This paper summarizes the characteristics,collection methods and detection techniques of SARS-Cov-2 aerosol,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different collection methods and detection techniques,and compares the characteristics of sensitivity,accuracy and detection time of different techniques,so as to make technical discussion and reserve for the prevention and control of novel coronavirus infection.
