摘要
构建基于“环境-网络-主体”的数字创新生态系统健康评价体系和预警模型,对中国30个省市展开时空双维度的系统健康性评价、异质性原因探索和警情信息分析。结果显示:(1)中国数字创新生态系统的整体健康水平较低,且呈现显著的空间异质性;(2)借助K-means聚类分析将30个省市划分为高端均衡类、高端失衡类、中高端均衡类、中端均衡类、中端失衡类以及劣势显著类,其中处于高端均衡类仅涵盖江苏、广东和北京等省市,而劣势显著类的省市数量高达12个;(3)从警情变化来看,中国数字创新生态系统以密切关注和亮牌警告居多,亟需加强不同警情下的数字创新管理,采取分类响应举措,优化区域数字创新生态系统的健康发展。
This paper constructs a system health evaluation system and early warning model based on"environment-network-subject",and analyzes the spatio-temporal dual-dimensional system health evaluation,causes of heterogeneity and warning information by taking 30 provinces as the samples in China.Results show that,the overall health of Chinas digital innovation ecosystem is low and exhibits significant spatial heterogeneity.30 regions are divided into six categories by means of K-means cluster analysis,among which only Jiangsu,Guangdong and Beijing are in the high-end balanced class,and the number of provinces and cities in the significant disadvantage class is as high as 12.From the perspective of changes in the police situation,China's digital innovation ecosystem has received a lot of warnings with close attention and warning signs.It is urgent to strengthen the management of digital innovation under different warning,taking classified response measures,and optimizing the health of the regional digital innovation ecosystem.
