摘要
目的:调查当前我国针灸医生队伍现状并进行东中西不同区域的比较,为针灸事业的高质量发展提供参考。方法:采用滚雪球抽样的方法,通过自制问卷的形式对我国针灸医生的现状进行在线调查,内容包括地区分布情况、工作单位性质、工资水平、职称结构、教育背景等。结果:3706个调查对象中,46.20%在中医类医院工作,在三级医院工作者最多;初级职称和中级职称分别占比31.03%和31.76%;本科学历者占49.46%;工资水平主要集中在4000-6999元和7000-9999元。结论:我国针灸医生队伍趋于年轻化,毕业生主要流入东部地区;基层针灸工作亟待加强;近年来针灸教育发展卓有成效,但高层次人才匮乏;针灸医生工资水平低于平均医生工资。
Objective:To investigate the current practice of acupuncturists in China and compare them in different regions of the East,the middle and the west,so as to provide an effective reference for promoting the high-quality development of acupuncture.Methods:The present situation of acupuncture doctors in China was investigated online through self-made questionnaire by snowball sampling,including regional distribution,nature of work unit,salary level,title structure,educational background,treatment field and so on.Results:Among the 3706 respondents,46.20%worked in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,and most worked in tertiary hospitals.Junior and intermediate titles accounted for 31.03%and 31.76%,respectively.49.46%had a bachelor's degree.The salary level was mainly between 4000-6999 yuan and 7000-9999 yuan.31.03%of the respondents made outpatient visits between 10 and 19 people per day.The main therapeutic areas were musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases.Specific treatment of lumbago,neck pain,periarthritis of shoulder,knee joint pain.Conclusion:The group of acupuncture doctors in China tends to be younger,and the graduates mainly flow into the eastern region.The basic level of acupuncture and moxibustion needs to be strengthened.In recent years,acupuncture and moxibustion education has achieved fruitful development,but the lack of high-level talents.Acupuncturists are paid less than average doctors.
