摘要
目的探讨案例与任务驱动教学法联合应用在肿瘤科临床实习教学中的价值。方法选取2022年6月—2024年5月山东第二医科大学附属医院肿瘤科的68名实习生,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各34名。观察组采用案例与任务驱动教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。对比两组教学效果。结果观察组临床教学效果优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组急救动手能力(48.27±2.23)分、病情观察判断能力(47.39±2.35)分、应急配合能力(48.38±2.26)分均高于对照组的(36.57±1.60)分、(37.46±2.45)分、(38.24±2.26)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=17.540,12.650,13.603;P均<0.05)。观察组教学模式认可度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论案例与任务驱动教学法联合应用能够有效提升肿瘤科临床实习生的综合能力和实习效果。
Objective To explore the value of combined application of case and task-driven teaching method in clinical practice teaching of oncology department.Methods A total of sixty-eight interns from the Department of Oncology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from June 2022 to May 2024 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,thirty-four in each group.The observation group adopted the case and task-driven teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical teaching effect of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of first aid ability 48.27±2.23,disease observation and judgment ability 47.39±2.35,and emergency cooperation ability 48.38±2.26 in the observation group were higher than 36.57±1.60,37.46±2.45,38.24±2.26 in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=17.540,12.650,13.603;all P<0.05).The recognition of teaching mode in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of case and task-driven teaching method can effectively improve the comprehensive ability and practice effect of clinical interns in oncology department.
