摘要
在企业技术创新越来越重要的背景下,国企参与混改能否提升技术创新水平,成为社会各界广泛关注的话题。文章以2008—2018年A股国有上市公司为研究对象,实证检验国企混改与技术创新之间的影响关系。经研究发现:国企混改有助于提高技术创新水平,其中股东股份多元化增加均有利于提高技术创新水平,股东类别多元的增加有助于增强技术创新水平。
Under the background of the increasing importance of enterprise technological innovation,whether the participation of state-owned enterprises in mixed reform can improve the level of technological innovation has attracted wide society attention.This paper takes A-share state-owned listed companies from 2008 to 2018 as the research object,and empirically examines the influence relationship between mixed reform of state-owned enterprises and technological innovation.It is found that the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises is conducive to improving the level of technological innovation.At the same time,both the increase in the diversification of shareholders’share and categories can also help to enhance its technological innovation.
