摘要
“印太经济框架”是美国“印太战略”下,为了拉拢印度等国遏制中国发展,在贸易、供应链等及相关规则制定方面进行“去中国化”的战略举措。“美台21世纪贸易倡议”在这一背景下推出,基本内容与之相似,既不利于两岸经贸发展,也将削弱台湾地区经济整体实力。在当前复杂严峻环境下,应继续促进两岸经贸交流,深化两岸产业融合发展,降低该贸易倡议引发的不利影响。
IPEF is a strategic measure of"de-sinification"in trade,supply chain and related rule-making under the Indo-Pacific strategy of the United States in order to attract India and other countries to contain China."The USTaiwan Initiative on 21st Century Trade",under the backdrop of the launch of the IPEF,has a similar basic content.It is not conducive to cross-Straits economic and trade development,but will also weaken the overall strength of Taiwan's economy.We should continue to promote cross-Straits economic exchanges,deepen the integrated development of industries across the Straits,and make unremitting efforts for peaceful reunification under complex and grim circumstances.
