摘要
高层次、创新型人才是建设创新型国家,为实现伟大复兴中国梦提供坚实支撑的重要支撑。创新型人才的核心在于创新能力。创新能力的培养首先就是在于创新思维能力和创新分析能力的形成。OBE教学模式亦称能力导向教育。在OBE教学模式下,突出学生为中心,学习结果为导向,可以为创新思维和创新分析能力培养提供较好的模式。该文针对药学专业拔尖学生与研究生的创新思维能力和分析能力培养,分析培养创新思维能力和创新分析能力的重要性、特点和构成要素,在此基础上提出以OBE教学模式为导向培养创新思维能力和创新分析能力的主要途径与方式。
High-level and innovative talents are an important support for building an innovative country and providing solid support for realizing the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation.The core of the innovative talents lies in the of innovation ability.The cultivation of innovation ability firstly lies in the formation of innovative thinking ability and innovative analysis ability.OBE teaching mode is also called competence-oriented education.Under OBE teaching mode,student-centered and results-oriented teaching can provide a better mode for the cultivation of innovative thinking and innovative analysis ability.In order to cultivate the innovative thinking ability and analytical ability of top pharmaceutical students and postgraduates,this paper analyzed the importance and features and constituent elements of training innovative thinking ability and analysis ability.Then,the author proposed the main ways of training innovative thinking ability and analysis ability under the guidance of OBE teaching mode on the basis of the above analysis.
