摘要
针对目前药剂学专业学位研究生培养方式与从事技术性工作脱节的问题,采用基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的“4E”培养模式激发专业学位研究生的学习潜能和创新动力:引入(Engage)应用型课程建设和实践性练习,探索(Explore)制药新技术、新方法的研究与应用,提升(Enhance)企业导师的指导作用,评价(Evaluate)体系多元化。通过“4E”培养模式,实现药剂学专硕研究生学习阶段和今后就业的顺利衔接,培养出具有创新能力和实践能力的高技术型人才,从而提高药剂学专硕研究生的培养质量和就业率。
Aiming at the current disconnection between the training mode for professional masters of pharmaceutics and their future engaged technical work,this paper adopts the"4E"cultivation mode based on the Outcome Based Education(OBE)concept to stimulate the learning potential and innovation motivation of the professional masters of pharmaceutics:engaging application-oriented course construction and practical exercises,exploring the research and application of new pharmaceutical technologies and methods,enhancing the role of enterprise mentors,and evaluating with diversified system.With the"4E"cultivation mode,we can achieve the smooth connection between the study stage for professional masters of pharmaceutics and the future career,cultivate top technical talent with innovative capacity and practical ability,thus improving the cultivation quality and employment rate of professional masters of pharmaceutics.
