摘要
利用2020年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)的截面数据,分析中国“适育”群体的工作环境满意度对其生育意愿的影响。研究显示,从机会成本的角度,工作环境满意度的提高会降低生育意愿。在此基础上,进一步分析工作环境满意度对生育意愿的作用机制:一方面,工作环境满意度的提高,会对生育意愿产生消极影响,这种消极影响在低收入组身上更加明显,但是一旦真实获得了更高的经济收入,还是会倾向于选择抚育下一代;另一方面,随着年龄的增大,适育群体回归家庭,工作环境满意度提升对抚育意愿的“挤出效应”会逐渐降低。
Using cross-sectional data from the 2020 China Family Tracking Survey(CFPS),analyze the impact of work environment satisfaction among the“childbearing”population in China on their fertility intention.Research shows that,from the perspective of opportunity cost,the improvement of job environment satisfaction will reduce fertility intention.On this basis,further analyze the mechanism of the effect of work environment satisfaction on fertility intention:on the one hand,the improvement of work environment satisfaction will have a negative impact on fertility intention,which is more obvious in low-income groups.However,once higher economic income is truly obtained,they still tend to choose to care for the next generation;on the other hand,as age increases,the suitable childcare group returns to their families,and the“crowding out effect”of increased work environment satisfaction on childcare willingness will gradually decrease.
