摘要
通过阐述高职院校技能大赛教学能力比赛的研究背景、赛项意义,对大赛提交材料进行了分析,得出围绕修订人才培养方案、优化课程体系等教学改革策略,以期为高职院校参赛教学团队备赛和参赛提供借鉴,同时也希望更多的高职教师真正按照教学能力大赛指导思想开展教学,付诸教学实践。
In light of the research background and significance of the teaching ability contest of higher vocational college skills competition,this paper analyzes the materials submitted for the contest,and summarizes teaching reform strategies about revising the talent training plan and optimizing the curriculum system,with a view to providing reference for the teaching teams to prepare for and participate in the contest.At the same time,it is hoped that more teachers in higher vocational colleges will carry out teaching activities according to the guiding ideology of teaching ability contest and put it into the teaching practice.
