摘要
思政课教师队伍的高质量发展是落实立德树人根本任务的目标旨归。教师队伍建设的基本要素是数量与质量,目前小学道德与法治课教师队伍存在专职教师比例过小、教师教学胜任力低等问题。道德与法治课教师编制数量少、小学教育(德育方向)师范生培养薄弱以及道德与法治学科校本教研系统未形成等因素,制约了小学道德与法治课教师队伍的高质量发展。为此,应重视小学道德与法治课教师队伍建设,合理配置师资,优化专兼结构;加强小学教育(德育方向)师范生培养,主动储备优秀师资;开展道德与法治学科校本教研活动,为教师职后素养提升提供保障。
The high-quality development of ideological and political teachers is the goal and purpose of implementing the policy of morality-oriented education.The basic elements of teacher building are quantity and quality.At present,there are some problems about the teaching staff for morality and the rule of law in primary schools'such as the proportion of professional teachers and the low teaching competency.The small number of teaching staff establishments,the weak training of normal university students and the lack of school-based teaching and research have restricted the high-quality development of teachers staff for morality and the rule of law in primary schools.We should attach importance to the construction of teaching staff,allocate teachers reasonably to optimize the professional and part-time structure,strengthen the training of normal university students to reserve outstanding teachers,and carry out school-based teaching and research activities to provide teachers for postemployment development platform.
