摘要
本文就如何有效地进行教师培训从现代培训理论的角度对现实中教师培训在理论和实际中存在的问题、教师培训应有的观念以及对从事教师培训的培训者的建议等方面进行了探讨。
In this article, the author discusses the questions about how to train teachers effectively from the perspective of modern training theories and the problems existed in the practice, and the advice to the trainers who do the teacher training.
