摘要
新时代背景下,档案工作价值日益凸显的同时也面临着新的挑战。明确新时代档案工作的根本遵循,有助于档案工作在新时代始终沿着正确的方向前进,保障档案工作可持续发展。文章用逻辑分析法和文本内容分析法,从理论、历史、现实、需求四个维度阐释“为党管档”是新时代档案工作根本遵循的缘由。在此基础上,提出应从三方面落实档案工作的根本遵循,分别是深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于档案工作的重要论述精神与提升政治站位相结合、思想政治建设与档案事业“十四五”规划相结合、重点项目领域与“四个体系”建设相结合。
In the new era,archival work is facing new challenges while its value is increasingly prominent.Clarifying the fundamental principles for archival work in the new era will help archival work always advance in the right direction and ensure the sustainable development of it.By using logical analysis and textual content analysis,the paper explains that“managing archives for the CPC”is the fundamental reason for archival work in the new era from four dimensions:theory,history,reality,and needs.It is proposed that the fundamental principles for doing a good job in archival work should be followed in three aspects,namely,deeply implementing the important instructions and spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on archival works and combining it with the enhancement of political standing,combining ideological and political development with the“14th Five-Year Plan”for archival undertakings,and combining key project areas with the archival development of the“Four Systems”.
