Industrial Structure Optimization from the Perspective of Digital Economy--Empirical Analysis Based on the Supply-Demand Equilibrium Model

摘要数字经济从数字产业化和产业数字化两个方面重构生产关系并释放新生产力,通过激发新需求、催生新供给实现产业结构优化。基于此,构建供需均衡模型研判产业供需结构状态及趋势,从而把握数字经济优化作用的关键点。研究发现:我国产业供需结构存在总供求缺口;消费需求从生存性消费转向发展性消费;投资需求从金属制造业转向轻资产方向;净出口需求中,国外对我国制造业及发展服务业的需求增加。基于以上结论,数字经济优化产业结构的关键点在于,均衡数字生产力与消费力、推动数字经济与实体经济深度融合及加大数字经济对外开放程度。 Digital economy reconstructed production relations and released new productivity from two aspects of digital industrialization and industrial digitization,and has realized industrial structure optimization by stimulating new demand and generating new supply.Based on this,this paper constructed a supply-demand equilibrium model to judge the state and trends of industrial supply-demand structure,so as to grasp the key points of digital economy optimization.The research found that there was a gap between the total supply and demand in China’s industrial supply and demand structure.Consumption demand has shifted from subsistence consumption to development consumption.And investment demand has shifted from metal manufacturing to light assets.Meanwhile,net export demand has increased in China’s manufacturing and development service industries.So we concluded that,the key points for digital economy optimizing industrial structure covered balancing digital productivity and consumption power,promoting the deep integration of digital economy and real economy,as well as strengthening the opening-up degree of digital economy.
