摘要
在全球产业链快速迭代下,加快推动产业链现代化发展是实现中国式现代化发展的重要途径。我国数字经济的蓬勃发展为产业链现代化带来发展契机。本文基于2013-2022年我国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,运用多重计量模型系统考察数字经济赋能我国产业链现代化的作用机制。研究表明:数字经济发展能够显著助推我国产业链现代化进程,且使用工具变量法检验后结论仍然成立;不同地区数字经济发展助推产业链现代化存在区域异质性;数字经济发展通过改善营商环境助推产业链现代化。据此,应探索以数字技术补齐产业链供应链短板;以数字营商环境推动产业要素流动;以数据要素助推产业链全流程发展;以加快实现我国产业链现代化。
Under the rapid iteration of the global industrial chain,accelerating the modernization of the industrial chain is an important way to achieve Chinese-style modernization.The vigorous development of China’s digital economy has brought development opportunities for the modernization of the industrial chain.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government)in China from 2013 to 2022,this paper uses a multi-econometric model system to investigate the mechanism of digital economy enabling the modernization of China’s industrial chain.The research shows that the development of digital economy can significantly boost the modernization process of China’s industrial chain,and the use of instrumental variables.The conclusion is still valid after the legal test.The development of digital economy in different regions have promoted the modernization of industrial chain with regional heterogeneity.The development of the digital economy helps modernize the industrial chain by improving the business environment.Therefore,digital technology should be explored to complement the short board of industrial chain and supply chain;Promoting the flow of industrial factors through a digital business environment;Promoting the whole process development of the industrial chain with data elements;Accelerating the modernization of China’s industrial chain.
