摘要鉴于技术创新与普惠金融深度融合下产业升级与高质量发展,选取中国30个省级数据实证分析区域技术创新、金融发展与产业结构调整的关系。实证结果发现:第一,区域技术创新与产业结构调整呈正相关,具体而言,技术研发投入和产出均对产业结构调整有正向影响;第二,区域金融发展水平对产业结构调整具有正向影响,且金融发展与产业结构之间存在U型关系;第三,在技术创新与金融发展双约束下,各地区技术创新保护与金融发展有助于产业结构升级,且技术保护度、金融发展均与产业结构调整之间存在U型关系。各地区在制定与落实金融政策和技术创新保护制度等过程中需注意"金融发展陷阱"和"技术保护陷阱",以合理实现产业结构调整的短期与长期效应。 In view of industrial upgrading and high-quality development under the deep integration of technological innovation and inclusive finance,the paper empirically analyzes the relationships between regional technological innovation,financial development and industrial structure adjustment with the data of 30 provinces in China.The empirical results find out:First,regional technological innovation is positively correlated with industrial structure adjustment.Specifically,both technological R&D input and output have positive impacts on industrial structure adjustment.Second,regional financial development has positive impacts on industrial structure adjustment,and there is a U-shaped relationship between them.Third,under the dual constraints of technological innovation and financial development,technological innovation protection and financial development in different regions are conducive to the upgrading of the industrial structure.Besides,there is a U-shaped relationship between technical protection,financial development and industrial structure adjustment.During the process of formulating and implementing financial policies and intellectual property protection systems,different regions should pay attention to the"financial development trap"and"technical protection trap"in order to reasonably achieve the short-term and long-term effects of industrial restructuring.
