“园艺产品采后生理及贮运加工”的课程思政改革 被引量:7

摘要 素质教育是当代高校继续教育中的一项根本德育任务,在大学生实践课教学工作中有效开展“课程思政”行动是落实素质教育的主要手段之一。通过对比分析园艺产品的采后生理特征及农产品贮运保鲜加工环节这门实践性课程上存在的问题,诸如实践教学与社会联系不够紧密,课外实践机会不够充足,学校实践平台不足等。对此展开探讨旨在改正并解决教学运用过程环节中的问题。实现创新教育和创业型教育思想,以及与专业实践应用型教学实践有机相融合,使园艺专业在实践运用中,理论知识能够更好指导实践工作。让更多学习园艺专业的学生,在创业或者深造学习中,能够学以致用。教师也应充分发挥学校资源与社会资源的积极价值,对学生进行全方位培养;教师应采用多种实践教学方法,丰富教学内容,拓展实践场地,加强学生专业知识储备。 Moral education is a fundamental moral education task in the continuing education of contemporary colleges and universities.The effective"curriculum ideological and political"action in the teaching of college students'practical courses is also one of the two main means and measures for us to implement the requirements of students'moral education.By comparing and analyzing the postharvest physiological characteristics of horticultural products and the practical problems existing in the practical course of storage,transportation and fresh-keeping processing of agricultural products,this paper aims to explore how to solve the problems in the teaching application process,to realize the innovative education and entrepreneurial education ideas,and to organically integrate with the professional practical and applied teaching practice.Making horticulture major in practice,theoretical knowledge can better guide practical work.Let more students majoring in Horticulture be able to apply what they have learned in their future entrepreneurship or further study.At the same time,teachers should also give full play to the positive value of school resources and social resources and cultivate students in an all-round way.Teachers should adopt a variety of practical teaching methods,enrich teaching content,expand practice venues,and strengthen students'professional knowledge reserves.
