摘要
深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神和习近平外交思想,推进外交思想国际传播,一个重要的方面是读通学透其博大精深的概念体系。作者从类型—关系—功能的概念分析框架出发,采取多层次概念分析法,将外交思想概念体系分为基础概念亚体系、核心概念亚体系和延伸概念亚体系等层次,以“十个坚持”核心要义为主要依据,梳理近年来官方权威文献并参考近年学界成果,选取了部分概念进行分析。具体地讲,对人类命运共同体、新型国际关系等基础概念,对全球治理体系变革、总体国家安全观等核心概念,以及对全人类共同价值、人类文明新形态等延伸概念,分别进行了概念间关系分析和概念功能分析。结论认为,习近平外交思想的概念体系是一个科学性、开放性和自主性的多层次理论体系;多层次分析和功能分析对于完整地理解和传播习近平外交思想有着十分重要的作用。作者建议,重点加强对外交思想延伸概念的研究,以国际传播为切入点加强基础概念、核心概念的语用功能性释义,对外交思想基础概念和核心概念试行“多元一本”外译数据库建设。
From the conceptual perspective of category-correction-function,the author of this paper adopts the methodology of multi-level conceptual analysis to categorize the conceptual system of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy into such sub-systems as basic concept sub-system,core concept sub-system and extended concept sub-system.As a result,based on the key meanings of Ten Insistences,the author makes an overview of recent authoritative documents concerning Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy as well as the latest academic research results concerned,and analyzes some selected concepts of different categories defined above in Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy.To be specific,the author analyzes respectively not only the correlations between the basic concepts such as a community with a shared future for mankind,a new type of international relations,the core concepts such as the reform of the global governance system and a holistic approach to national security,as well as the extended concepts such as common values of humanity,and a new model for human progress,but also the functions of those concepts.What the author concludes is that the conceptual system of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy is a multi-level system of theory,which is characterized by scientificity,openness and independence,and multi-level analysis and functional analysis play a critical role in thorough understanding and better communications of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy.The author suggests that on the one hand,more importance should be attached to the study of the extended concepts in Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy,and to the pragmatic-functioned interpretation of the basic and core concepts as well in light of international communications;on the other hand,a database on translation from Chinese to foreign languages should be constructed for the basic and core concepts in Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy.
