摘要
[目的]通过高效液相(HPLC)指纹图谱鉴定九华黄精及不同产地的黄精样品。[方法]通过HPLC法建立九华黄精HPLC特征化学指纹图谱,并测定3种基原黄精药材的皂苷类成分的含量。[结果]优化了色谱柱、流动相等条件,建立了九华黄精特征化学指纹图谱,确定了黄精药材的指纹图谱含量检测方法,比较了不同基原及批次间黄精药材的指纹图谱及含量差异。[结论]单纯依靠性状鉴别和显微鉴别不同基源的黄精药材具有一定局限性,需辅助指纹图谱等方法对药材进行综合评价。
[Objective]To identify the samples of Jiuhua mountain Polygonatum and other Polygonatum from different producing areas by HPLC fingerprint.[Method]HPLC fingerprint of Jiuhua mountain Polygonatum was established and the contents of saponins in three kinds of original Polygonatum were determined.[Result]The chromatographic column and the mobile phase were optimized,the characteristic chemical fingerprint of Jiuhua mountain Polygonatum was established,and the content determination method of Polygonatum was determined,the fingerprints and contents of Polygonatum from different base and batches were compared.[Conclusion]There are some limitations in character identification and microscopic identification of Polygonatum from different sources.It is necessary to use fingerprint for comprehensive evaluation of Polygonatum.
