摘要
目的:分析黄精炆制前后化学成分差异。方法:采用UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS联用技术对黄精与炆黄精化学成分进行分析与鉴别,运用主成分分析(PCA)和正交偏最小二乘判别分析(OPLS-DA)对黄精与炆黄精的液质数据进行分析。结果:从黄精中鉴定出50个成分,从炆黄精中鉴别出36个成分,包括糖类、皂苷类、黄酮类、生物碱类及其他类成分;PCA及OPLS-DA表明黄精与炆黄精化学成分存在明显差异,共筛选出包括糖类、皂苷类、黄酮类等35个差异性成分。结论:黄精炆制后化学成分发生明显变化,辨识出的35个差异成分为黄精炆制前后功效变化物质基础研究提供了依据。
Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents differences of Polygonati Rhizoma before and after simmering.Methods:The chemical components in raw and simmered products of Polygonati Rhizoma were analyzed and identified by UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS.Principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)were used to compare the data of raw and simmered products of Polygonati Rhizoma.Results:50 compounds were identified in raw Polygonati Rhizoma and 36 compounds were identified in simmered Polygonati Rhizoma,including saccharides,saponins,flavonoids,alkaloids and other components.The results of PCA and OPLS-DA showed that there were significant differences in the chemical constituents of Polygonati Rhizoma before and after processing,and 35 differential components,including saccharides,saponins and flavonoids were screened.Conclusion:The chemical constituents of Polygonati Rhizoma is remarkably changed after processing,and the 35 different components can provide scientific basis for the material basis of the efficiency change of Polygonati Rhizoma before and after processing.
