多花黄精植株及根际土水浸液对其种子萌发和种芽生长的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Polygonatum cyrtonema Plants and Rhizosphere Soil Water Extract on Seed Germination and Seed Bud Growth

摘要 目的:探究多花黄精植株及根际土壤水浸液对多花黄精种子萌发和种芽生长的影响,以初步了解多花黄精的化感自毒作用。方法:用4个浓度(0.005、0.01、0.03、0.05 g/mL)的多花黄精须根、茎秆、叶片、果实、块茎及根际土水浸液分别对其种子和种芽进行化感生物测定,比较计算化感作用敏感指数。结果:多花黄精植株及根际土水浸液对种子发芽势、种芽出苗率抑制作用显著;茎秆和根际土水浸液对多花黄精幼苗根系的生长具有双重作用,低浓度促进高浓度抑制,0.005 g/mL茎秆、根际土水浸液处理种芽出苗后根长均大于对照组,根长分别为2.19、2.15 cm。6种水浸液间化感作用差异较大,叶片水浸液对其种子萌发和种芽生长抑制作用最强,根际土水浸液抑制作用最弱;通过化感效应敏感指数的计算,一、二、三级敏感指数均为负值,多花黄精种芽生长阶段对其植株及根际土水浸液化感作用的响应较种子萌发阶段敏感,敏感指数M;值分别为-0.3433和-0.3331。结论:多花黄精对其种子萌发和种芽生长均有自毒抑制作用,在0.005~0.05 g/mL浓度范围内,随着多花黄精植株及根际土水浸液浓度的增加,自毒抑制作用增强。 Objective:To explore the effects of Polygonatum cyrtonema plants and rhizosphere soil water extract on the seed germination and seed bud growth,in order to preliminarily understand the allelopathic autotoxicity effects of Polygonatum cyrtonema.Methods:The allelopathic bioassay was performed on the seeds and seed buds of the water extracts of the fibres,stems,leaves,fruits,tubers and rhizosphere soil water extracts of Polygonatum cyrtonema with 4 concentrations(0.005,0.01,0.03,0.05 g/mL),the allelopathic sensitivity index was compared and calculated.Results:The water extracts of Polygonatum cyrtonema plants and rhizosphere soil had significant inhibitory effects on seed germination potential and seed germination rate.The water extracts of stem and rhizosphere soil had a dual effect on the growth of Polygonatum cyrtonema seedling roots,low concentration promoted high concentration inhibition.The root lengths of the seedlings after the emergence under the 0.005 g/mL stem and rhizosphere soil water extract treatment were greater than that of control group,the root lengths were 2.19,2.15 cm,respectively.The allelopathy among 6 water extracts differed greatly,leaf water extract had the strongest inhibition on seed germination and seed bud growth,while rhizosphere soil water extract had the weakest inhibition;According to the calculation of the sensitivity index of allelopathic effects,the first,second and third sensitivity indexes were all negative,the response of rhizosphere soil water extract allelopathy was more sensitive than the seed germination stage in the growth stage of Polygonatum cyrtonema seed bud,and the sensitivity index M;values were-0.3433 and-0.3331,respectively.Conclusion:Polygonatum cyrtonema has autotoxic inhibitory effects on seed germination and seed bud growth,ranging from 0.005 to 0.05 g/mL concentration range,with the increase of the concentration of water extract of Polygonatum cyrtonema plants and rhizosphere soil,the inhibitory effects of autotoxicity increase.
