摘要
目的研究人文关怀联合亲情式护理对重症肺炎患儿的干预效果。方法选取2019年10月至2021年11月间肇庆市第一人民医院儿童重症监护室收治的80例重症肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按随机数表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组各40例。所有患儿均在入院后接受抗感染治疗,同时根据患儿情况进行对应的对症支持治疗。对照组患儿在治疗期间接受常规护理干预,观察组患儿则在常规护理基础上加用人文关怀联合亲情式护理干预,两组患儿均接受全程护理直至痊愈。比较两组患儿的症状改善时间、总住院天数及治疗期间并发症的发生情况,并于治疗完成后比较两组患儿家属对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患儿的气促改善时间、退热时间、止咳时间及总住院天数分别为(3.13±0.65)d、(4.52±1.01)d、(6.43±1.88)d、(14.18±4.30)d,明显短于对照组患儿的(4.07±0.89)d、(5.38±1.97)d、(8.19±2.65)d、(18.71±5.56)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗期间的并发症发生率为2.50%,明显低于对照组患儿的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属对护理工作的满意度为87.50%,高于对照组的67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀联合亲情式护理的干预对重症肺炎患儿的治疗恢复具有良好的干预效果,且能有效减少治疗期间其他重症并发症的发生,同时还有助于促进患儿家属对治疗的理解配合,可适合在临床儿科护理中应用。
Objective To study the intervention effect of humanistic care combined with family care in children with severe pneumonia.Methods Eighty children with severe pneumonia admitted to Pediatric Intensive Care Unit,Zhaoqing First People's Hospital from October 2019 and November 2021 were selected as the research objects.All children were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.All children were treated with anti-infective treatment after admission,and corresponding symptomatic and supportive treatment was carried out according to the situation of the children.The children in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention during the treatment period,and the children in the observation group were treated with humanistic care combined with family care intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Both groups of children were given full care until they were healed.The symptom improvement time,total length of hospital stay,and the occurrence of complications during treatment were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction of the family members between the two groups of children with nursing work was compared after treatment.Results The improvement time of shortness of breath,antipyretic time,cough relieving time and total length of hospital stay in the observation group were(3.13±0.65)d,(4.52±1.01)d,(6.43±1.88)d,(14.18±4.30)d,which were significantly shorter than(4.07±0.89)d,(5.38±1.97)d,(8.19±2.65)d,(18.71±5.56)d in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications during treatment in the observation group was 2.50%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing work satisfaction of the family members of the children in the observation group was 87.50%,which was significnatly higher than 67.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of humanistic care combined with family care has a good intervention effect on the treatment and recovery of children with severe pneumonia,and can effectively reduce the occurrence of other severe complications during treatment.At the same time,it also helps to promote the understanding and cooperation of children's families on treatment,which is suitable for clinical pediatric nursing.
