摘要
目的探讨分析对老年重症肺炎患者使用责任制整体护理的效果以及对其生活质量的影响。方法选取在我院接受治疗的老年重症肺炎患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例,给予对照组进行常规护理,在此基础上给予观察组进行责任制整体护理,比较两组在护理过程中住院时间、呼吸机使用时间等情况、护理过程中并发症的发生率率以及患者对护理的满意程度。结果观察组住院时间、呼吸机使用时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组对所用护理方案的总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年重症肺炎患者使用责任制整体护理可以取得较好的效果,减少患者并发症发生率,提高生活质量,且患者对护理满意程度较高。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of responsibility system holistic nursing on elderly patients with severe pneumonia and its impact on their life quality.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with severe pneumonia adimitted to our hospital were selected as the research object,using random number table method to divide them into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group,the control group was given with routine nursing,the observation group was additionally given with responsibility system holistic nursing on the basis of the control group,aiming to compare the hospitalization time,the use time of the ventilator,complication rate,nursing satisfaction between the two groups in the nursing process.Results Compared with the control group,hospitalization time and ventilator use time in the observation group were longer(P<0.05),the incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction rate of the nursing program used was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of responsibility system holistic nursing for elderly patients with severe pneumonia can achieve good results,reduce the probability of complications,improve the patients’life quality,and patients have a higher degree of satisfaction with nursing.
