摘要
目的:探究多元集成策略对重症肺炎患者睡眠改善及谵妄发生率的影响观察。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月泉州市第一医院收治的重症肺炎患者108例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组应用多元集成策略护理。对比2组患者护理前后睡眠质量评分、谵妄发生率及肺功能指标变化。结果:2组患者睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者谵妄发生率均有下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者干预后肺功能指标均有提升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:面对重症肺炎患者采取多元集成策略护理,可改善患者的睡眠质量和肺功能指标,降低谵妄发生率,利于快速预后,值得临床大力推广采纳。
Objective:To explore the effect of multiple integration strategies on sleep improvement and delusion incidence in severe pneumonia patients.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2023,108 severe pneumonia patients admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital were taken as research subjects.54 cases in each of the two groups were set according to the random number table method.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group applied multiple integrated strategy nursing.The changes of sleep quality score,delusion incidence and lung function index were compared before and after nursing.Results:The sleep quality scale(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)was lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of patients decreased and observation group is lower than the control group(P<0.05);the pulmonary function index improved after intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the face of severe pneumonia patients,it can improve their sleep quality and lung function index,reduce the incidence of delusion,and be conducive to rapid prognosis,which is worthy of vigorous promotion and adoption in clinical practice.
