摘要
本文提出一个关于我国现代化产业体系的“结构-特征-支撑”分析框架,以及衍生的两个假说,试图解释现代化产业体系的内涵,并揭示产业体系演进的规律性特点。现代化产业体系包含产业结构体系、特征体系和支撑体系,它们之间相互作用,推动着产业体系的现代化演进过程。产业支撑体系内部诸要素的层次性,导致产业结构体系及特征体系的内部子系统在现代化演进过程中存在先后次序;产业支撑体系内部高端要素资源的稀缺性及分布的非均衡性,导致大部分经济体都可能陷入产业体系演进的现代化陷阱。近年来,我国现代化产业体系建设取得积极进展但仍然存在诸多不足,需加快培育引进高端资源要素,打造强大的产业支撑体系,才能跳出产业演进的现代化陷阱,构建起现代化产业体系。
This paper proposes a"structure-characteristics-support"analytical framework for China's modernized industrial system,as well as two derived hypotheses,in an attempt to explain the connotation of the modernized industrial system and reveal the regular characteristics of the evolution of the industrial system.The modernized industrial system contains industrial structure system,feature system and support system,which interact with each other to promote the modernization and evolution of the industrial system.The hierarchical nature of the elements within the industrial support system leads to the existence of sequential order in the modernization evolution process of the industrial structure system and the internal subsystems of the characteristic system.The scarcity and unbalanced distribution of high-end factor resources within the industrial support system lead to the modernization trap that most economies may fall into the evolution of the industrial system.In recent years,China has made positive progress in the construction of modernized industrial system,but there are still many shortcomings.We need to accelerate the cultivation and introduction of high-end resources and elements to create a strong industrial support system in order to jump out of the modernization trap of industrial evolution and build up a modernized industrial system.
