摘要
经济增长方式的转变是我国“十一五”期间面临的重大理论和现实问题,笔者认为,文化创意对经济增长方式转变的重要意义应该与科技创新相提并论。尽管创意产业作为一个正式概念出现在文献中只有短短几年,但作为一个新兴产业,却在实践中显示了其强大的生命力和巨大的发展空间,成为世界各个发达国家极力推崇和大力发展的产业部门。一方面,这与创意产业能够为社会创造可观的经济收益密切相关;另一方面,与创意产业具有改变现有经济增长模式的强大功能紧密联系。本文在分析创意产业兴起的背景基础上,探讨创意产业与经济增长方式转变及其内涵的关系,进而分析创意产业促进经济增长方式转变的内在机理、模式和路径。
The changing of the ways of economic growth is an important theoretical and practical issue during the period of ＂11th Five Year Plan＂. I think that the cultural creation should be as essential to the changing of the ways of economic growth as scientific ＆ technological innovations. New-born as the creative industry is, it has already manifested its powerful vigor and huge development space and become a highly-regarded and strongly- developed industry. It is because the creative industry is closely related to making considerable economic benefits for society on one hand; on the other hand, it is because the creative industry is also closely related to its powerful function of changing the ways of economic growth. This article aims at researching on the basis of the analysis of the background of the creative industry＇s growth the relations between the creative industry and the changing of the ways of economic growth and its connotation as well, and goes on to analyze the inner mechanism, mode and path in the course of promoting the changing of the ways of economic growth by the creative industry.
