摘要
茯苓为多孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核,含有多糖、三萜类、挥发油等多种化学成分,具有降糖、降血脂、抗肿瘤、抗心衰、治疗妇科疾病、保肝、免疫、镇静等多种药理作用。本文从茯苓的化学成分、药理作用等方面进行综述,为茯苓的研究提供参考依据。
Poria cocos is the dry sclerotium of Poria cocos,a fungus belonging to the family of porobacteriaceae.It has a variety of chemical components such as polysaccharides,triterpenes,volatile oil,and has many pharmacological effects such as hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering,anti-tumor,anti-heart failure,treatment of gynecological diseases,liver protection,immunity,sedation,and so on.In this paper,the chemical composition and pharmacological action of Poria cocos are reviewed to provide reference for the study of Poria COCOS.
