摘要
近年来,我国食品安全存在的问题逐渐凸显,日益引起人们的高度重视。目前,各大食品厂商都在加大对产品质量的检验和监管力度,政府在食品质量上的标准和要求也越来越规范。基于此,本文对食品质量安全检测及监督工作要点进行探讨,以供参考。
In recent years,the problem of our country food safety highlighted,caused people’s high attention day by day.At present,the major food manufacturers are strengthening the inspection and supervision of product quality,and the government’s standards and requirements on food quality are becoming more and more standardized.Based on this,this paper discusses the main points of food quality and safety inspection and supervision for reference.
