摘要
食物是人们赖以生存的物质基础,食品安全是关乎人们健康的关键问题。本文提出了食品质量安全检测及监督的意义,并阐述了食品安全工作的管理现状,分析了食品质量安全检测工作,提出了食品安全监督工作的措施。
Food is the basis of physical material needs for human survival,and food safety is a key issue related to people’s health.This paper puts forward the significance of food quality and safety inspection and supervision,expounds the management status of food safety,analyzes the food quality and safety inspection,and puts forward the measures of food safety supervision.
