摘要
乡村振兴战略的提出对于促进共同富裕意义重大,是实现共同富裕的实践逻辑与理论逻辑。产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴、组织振兴五个维度驱动共同富裕目标的实现。乡村振兴与共同富裕呈现出交互影响的阶段性特征,中国式现代化需要乡村振兴予以支撑,数字乡村建设赋能乡村振兴将有效助推全体人民共同富裕的中国式现代化。推进乡村振兴,实现共同富裕,需要创新并建立科学完善的政策体系予以保障。
The proposal of rural revitalization strategy is of great significance to promoting common prosperity,and is the practical and theoretical logic of achieving common prosperity.There are five dimensions to drive the realization of common prosperity,namely,industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization.Rural revitalization and common prosperity had a phased characteristics of interaction effect.Chinese-style modernization need the support of rural revitalization.And digital village construction empowering rural revitalization can effectively promote the Chinese-style modernization of common prosperity for all people.Promoting rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity both need to innovate and to establish a scientific and sound policy guarantee system.
