摘要
城乡融合高质量发展是城乡融合系统彼此耦合协调和融合推进的发展过程。将数字经济纳入城乡融合高质量发展研究中,丰富当前城乡关系理论的同时,使城乡融合的探讨更赋有时代意义。在界定数字经济下城乡融合系统耦合协调高质量发展核心内涵的基础上,构建城乡融合系统耦合协调高质量发展评价体系,运用耦合协调度模型、趋势面分析、熵权法等分析工具,定量分析中国各区域数字经济下城乡融合系统耦合协调发展的动态演化特性,并运用地理探测器对其影响因素进行识别,结果表明:(1)从时间演化角度看,2012—2020年城乡融合系统耦合协调度整体呈稳定上升态势;城乡耦合协调类型实现跨越式发展,中度协调和良好协调等级省份占比提升;城乡耦合协调水平区域差异呈波动变动趋势。(2)从空间演化角度看,高水平协调区域呈现“中心极化”特征;耦合协调发展呈“群体集聚”特征,东部长江三角洲城市群为“H-H”集聚,西部大部分地区为“L-L”集聚;城乡系统耦合协调水平呈“南高北低—东高西低”空间格局。(3)数字经济发展水平、经济社会发展水平、交通通达性、政府宏观调控和政策导向及生态环境等都是影响城乡融合系统耦合协调高质量发展的重要影响因素,影响东、中、西及东北城乡耦合协调的核心因素与时空差异密切相关。
China has entered a new stage of development that is mainly oriented towards high-quality urban-rural integration development,which is a development process and the urban-rural integration systems are coupled,coordinated and integrated with each other.The digital economy,as a new economic development mode,will open up new development opportunities for the high-quality integrated development of urban and rural areas.The inclusion of the digital economy in the study of high-quality urban-rural integration development will enrich the current theory of urban-rural relations and make the discussion of urban-rural integration more contemporary.The coupled and coordinated development of urban-rural integration systems under the digital economy refers to the process and state of coupled and coordinated development of the subsystems of urban-rural economic development,urban-rural social life exchange,urban-rural ecological environmental protection and urban-rural digital economy construction by breaking the administrative division between urban and rural areas.With the help of the digital economy,using information flow as the main line to string human,material and financial resources between urban and rural areas into chains.On the basis of defining the core connotation,an evaluation index system for urban-rural integration development is constructed from four dimensions,and analytical tools such as the coupled coordination degree model,trend surface analysis and entropy weight method are used to quantitatively analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of urban-rural integration development in 31 provinces and cities,and to identify their influencing factors using geographic probes,and the following conclusions are drawn:From the perspective of time evolution,the degree of coupling and coordination of urban and rural integration system will rise steadily as a whole from 2012 to 2020;The type of urban-rural coupling and coordination has achieved leapfrog development,and the proportion of provinces and cities with moderate and good coordination has increased;The regional difference of urban-rural coupling coordination level fluctuates.From the perspective of spatial evolution,the high level coordination region presents the characteristics of“central polarization”;The coupled and coordinated development is characterized by“group agglomeration”.The eastern Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is“H-H”agglomeration,and most of the western regions are“L-L”agglomeration;The level of urban-rural system coupling and coordination is in the spatial pattern of“high in the south and low in the north-high in the east and low in the west”.The level of development of the digital economy,the level of economic and social development,transport accessibility,government macro-control and policy guidance and the ecological environment are all important influencing factors affecting the coupled and coordinated high-quality development of the urban-rural integration system,and the core factors affecting the coupled and coordinated urban-rural development in the East,Central,West and Northeast are closely related to spatial and temporal differences.The corresponding policy recommendations are drawn as follows:the high-quality and coordinated development of the urban-rural integration system should be promoted by classified and precise measures;The catalytic role of the digital economy in the flow and allocation of urban and rural factors in each region should be accelerated;And rural digital technology talents should be cultivated to contribute to the development of digital agriculture and smart agriculture.
